| Salary | We will decide upon your ability and experience. |
| Bonus | twice every year (August and February) Performance bonus system according to performance |
| Allowances | Commuting allowance, education allowance, overtime work allowance, retirement allowance and etc. |
| Holidays | Basically twice a week (Based on our calendar), Annual holidays 120 days, New years holidays, GW holidays, Summer Holidays, Annual paid leave (10 days after three months), Various special leave, temporary leave and etc. |
